Providing a recruiting service involves
the collection, evaluation and disclosure of personal
information to Corporate Clients seeking to recruit new
employees. Protecting this personal information and
ensuring its integrity is therefore a high priority. At
Superior Staffing Solutions we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and
safeguarding personal information.
Security measures are in place to protect personal
information against unauthorized access or disclosure. Our
employees have been trained to respect privacy and those
employees with access to personal information may only use
such information in accordance with the law governing
Privacy of Personal Information.
Personal Information Collected
Superior Staffing Solutions maintains a confidential database of resumes
received from qualified technical professionals and
applicants wanting consideration for employment. This
Resume Database, along with current addresses, telephone
numbers and related contact and interview information
provided by applicants when inquiring about employment is
maintained in a secure environment.
Superior Staffing Solutions will periodically ask an applicant to update
their personal information when conducting a search for a
qualified applicant to fill a new position. Applicants are
also asked to take the initiative to update their personal
information when there are significant changes to
qualifications, experience, employment preferences or
contact information.
Candidate personal information is retained only as long as
necessary to fulfill our recruiting responsibilities and
legal requirements governing retention of such records.
When dated and no longer of use such records are removed
from the Confidential Database.
Use of Personal Information
Personal information, resumes and contact information
provided by you, to Superior Staffing Solutions, will only be used for the
purpose of evaluating your suitability for employment in
current and future employment opportunities received by
our recruiters. We present your resume, on your behalf, to
our corporate clients ONLY AFTER discussing the particular
job opportunity with you, revealing the name of the
company and some basic information about the job
requirements. If your skills do not match current
requirements, we will endeavor to consider your
application for all relevant future staffing projects at
Superior Superior Staffing Solutions.
The personal information provided by you, is used for the
sole purposes of assisting you in your search for
employment; we do not sell or otherwise distribute
applicant/candidate lists or personal information to any
other party.
Consent to Use and Disclosure
By applying for a position through Superior Staffing
Solutions and
providing us with your resume or other personal
information, you agree that we may use and disclose such
information to a prospective employer, for the purpose of
having you considered for employment.
You may withdraw your consent to future use and disclosure
of this information at any time, but when you do, we will
not be able to consider you in any search for future
employment opportunities.
