If You Are Suitable for a Position We Currently Have
A recruiter will contact you. A recruiter will interview you over the phone to obtain a general overview of your work and educational history. We will determine whether your specific skills match the position you have applied for or any other positions we currently have and he or she will also evaluate your communication skills. Upon a successful interview, the recruiter may present you as a candidate to their client company for a particular job. This meeting helps us answer inquiries our client may have about you, your professional history, communication and presentation skills. The better we know you, the better the chances of us representing your interests to a potential employer.

From the time of presenting your resume to the hiring company, the recruiter will guide you through the process of interviews, reference checks, salary, compensation package negotiations, moving costs, procedure and any other details necessary for starting the new job. Throughout the job-hunting process it is important to stay closely in touch with your recruiter. In order to coordinate events to your benefit the recruiter must know how your interviews with other companies are going. Please keep us up to date with your contact information at all times.

If you obtain a new job through Superior Staffing Solutions, we will be staying in touch with you and your new employer for the first three months of your employment to make sure both parties are satisfied with the match. You are welcome to contact us at any time if you feel we can advise you on any issues you may have with your new employer.
